These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Shader Discord Bot service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shader Discord Bot, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Shader Discord Bot is a service that allows you to:

  • Compile GLSL/WGSL shaders into animated GIFs
  • Use 200+ preset shaders
  • Generate shaders via parameters
  • Manage your shaders via a web dashboard

3. User Account

To use certain features, you must create an account via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Plans and Pricing

We offer three plans:

  • Free : Free with limitations
  • Pro : 4,99€/mois or 49,99€/year
  • Studio : 9,99€/mois or 99,99€/year

Prices may be changed at any time. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access the service in an unauthorized manner
  • Create shaders containing offensive, illegal or harmful content
  • Overload the service with excessive requests
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The shaders you create belong to you. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and process your shaders to provide the service
  • Display your public shaders in the gallery

The source code of Shader Discord Bot, its design and features are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these ToS. You can terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes to ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
